Email PoolTradie to correct a company page, suggest a pool or landscape company we have not listed, or take charge of your own page.

Something has changed

If a pool or landscape company has moved, changed its phone number or hours, or closed, send its name and city to info@pooltradie.com. We will look into it and correct the page.

A company we have not listed

Tell us its name, the city it works in and its trade, such as pool building, cleaning, fencing, renovation, inspection, landscaping or artificial grass. The page on how we select sets out what a company needs before it joins a list.

If the company is yours

The “For pool and landscape trades” link in the header of every page is where you claim your company’s page, keep its services, hours and description up to date and compare the paid plans. If your company is missing from the site, you can ask us to look at it from the same place.

We cannot advise on your pool

We cannot answer questions about a quote, a contract, an approval, a certificate, whether your fence complies or a fault in a pool you already own. Ask the company, your council or your state regulator. If someone is in trouble in the water, call 000 straight away and the operator will tell you what to do.

A complaint about a company

We do not settle disputes between you and a company on the site. Put the problem to the company in writing first. If that goes nowhere, the fair trading or consumer affairs office of your state or territory can step in, and the building or plumbing regulator deals with unlicensed or defective work. Your council is the place to report a pool barrier you think is unsafe.
